Alex Kostakis

Alex Kostakis is a Senior Lecturer in Finance in Manchester Business School. He previously held positions at the Universities of York, Glasgow and Liverpool. He holds a PhD in Economics and an MSc in Econometrics and Economics from the University of York. The main focus of his research is on asset allocation and asset pricing. He has been working on topics such as dynamic asset allocation, stock return predictability, higher moments and risk premia, liquidity effects and investment performance evaluation. Alex's research has been published in journals such as Management Science and the Journal of Banking and Finance and has been presented in leading conferences such as EFA and FMA meetings.
